As the power that main motor develops is transmitted to main shaft through reducer , oil seeds are pushed by the rotating screw mounted on the main shaft. With the narrowing gaps between screw mill and squeezing bolt and increasing oil density, the pressure will gradually intensify. Meantime,heat was generated in the precess of oil queezing because of the continuous friction between oil seeds and spare parts.Thus,two main factors of oil squeezing that consist of pressure and heat is available.Seed is fed slowly into the mortar and the pressure exerted by the pestle breaks the cells and releases the oil.At the same time,cake is pushed between squeezing vertebral and cake mouth. Oil flows through oildisc into oil filter that forms negative pressure,which helps oil pulled into oil filter when oil passes through filter cloth.While, sludge remains on the filter cloth. 

So,pure oil is obtained.
the process:
oil seed → cleaning,destoning → shelling → crushing → flaking → cooking →oil pressing → refinging → finished oil
 
Filter cylinder Operating principle:
Centrifugalization is a kind of method using centrifugal force to separate suspended impurities. Through the drum high-speed rotation of the centrifugal force separate the impurities form oil to reach solid and liquid separation. When the drum stops rotating, and net oil flow from the drum to achieve the purpose of filtering . The filtered oil can do edible test , no foam, no overflowed.
 
Installation:
1 An oil expeller is apart from wall 50cm on the left when inatallated, so that it is convenient to dismount and install  pumps, motors and change V-belt.
2 Enough room should be left so as to adjust the thickness of the cake and to clean up the cake residue 
3 The machine and oil filter should be in a level position.
